Supporting Value-Based Payment with the Power of Robust Data Management
As value-based reimbursement models come into play, reducing costs is even more critical. Bryan Health was one of 800 hospitals nationwide that were required to join Medicare’s Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement bundled payment program, and it needed a solution powerful enough to support routine reporting and contract compliance.
Critical to the success of supply chain operations is finding an optimal mix of practical goals like cost reduction and providing opportunities for strategic growth in areas like clinical-to-supply integration, all the while, operating efficiently and increasingly doing more with less. Optimizing your supply chain operations means meeting these challenges head on. As overwhelming as they may seem, they are not insurmountable.
Download the Vizient success story to see how Bryan Health empowers their value analysis team with reliable, standardized data and reimbursement savvy coding to support value-based payments.
